As we recognize, Artificial Intelligence is changing the face of the job today. Predicting which tech abilities will become most essential is hard.

Companies and teams need to enforce a culture of continuous learning to follow the technology pace and preserve its market position.

Make learning part of your workflow

Time for learning is not an extra

The main problem of learning is that teams consider it as something extra. But the reality is that companies lose it’s market position within years if they don’t adopt the workforce for the challenges of tomorrow.

Learning must be considered as a task. Maybe 10–15 percent of working time is a great start.

How to imply learning culture in your team

Idea 1: Create learning tasks or make task part of learning

At Vectorly we want to make learning organiс part of your daily routine by integrating it with your working apps and automatically tracking your activity when you read the article, watch video course, wherever you watch it on the Internet.

Idea 2: Provide feedback on skill growth

The main thing about every management process is to create traction. The same comes to learning.

If you want people in your team to consider learning as something important it must be a part of daily routine.

In Vectorly we track team analytics on task performance, learning activity and currently developing checkup process.

You set up checkup frequency: week, sprint, month, quarter and evaluate skill development based on collected data and your judgment.

This gives you team understanding that the learning process is properly managed.

Idea 3: Become future-proof

As Elon Musk said: Every company is a sum of vectors of each team member.

And in the knowledge economy team become a company's primary asset, because it holds all the knowledge.

So your company primary goal is to maximize the potential of each team member by helping it grow with the continous learning approach.

For this we build Vectorly.
